Year Six Intrepid Explorers!

Welcome to our Year Six team.

This year we are really looking forward to learning through three different themes, one per term.

Our first theme will begin with everyone in our class designing an undiscovered island. It will be the centrepiece for the rest of our work this term, involving the study of mountains, habitats, maths investigations and mysterious stories that will keep you on the edge of your seats! We will be creating fantastic futuristic fish as part of our 3D work in maths and learning about absorption rates in science through our watercolour landscape painting. We can solve different chllenges to become Island Rangers and help to ensure that we look after the world we are building.
